BILTPAK Sacks and carry bags are manufactured with High Strength Extensible sack kraft papers.
The Sacks Manufacturing Facility initially started as integrated operations with BILT in 1991 from Ashti, near Nagpur; in Oct-2013 it merged with AHL, the umbrella holding Company of the Group. With more than 25 years of experience in sacks-making, as techno-commercial solution-provider for packaging as well as related branding and being the largest manufacturer of Multiwall Paper Sacks (MWPS), it has Pan-India presence in diverse industrial sectors.
The plant has the state of the art MWPS-production facilities from Germany and produces multiwall-sacks branded as "BILTPAK" for various industries like Cement, Building Materials, Bleaching Earth, Bentonite, Carbon Black, Pigments, Starch, Petrochemicals, Food, Milk Powder, Agri-products, Enzymes & Nutrients and Pesticides etc.
Paper reels (nos depending on requirement of plies between 1 to 6) are fed into the Tubing M/C Line [block no: 1 to 8] with top ply printed online....
The Main Plant measuring more than 70000 sq ft floor-area is situated at Ashti, 235 Km from Nagpur in Maharashtra State. It is operating from the premise of Ballarpur Industries Paper Mill (i.e. BGPPL – Ashti). The annual capacity is 50 to 60 million sacks depending on product-mix and multifarious requirements. Special need-based intermediate job-conversions are carried out by exclusive centers at Palghar, Nagpur, Chandrapur and Ashti.
