QA SYSTEM

A team of well-trained and experienced QC personnel carry out round the clock QC jobs at each stage from Inputs / RM, WIP to Finished Sacks to complement the 24 x 7 production process. The company uses centralized laboratory with adequate testing facilities (periodically calibrated) and perfectly maintained ambient test conditions; receives test certificates for raw materials from the suppliers & quality is checked randomly at regular interval, all within the ambit of QMS (ISO 9001-2008), EMS (ISO 14001-2004) & OHSAS (18001-2007). Sack Kraft Papers & ESKPs are tested as per ISO-1924-2 protocol whereas for rest of the raw-materials Tappi-standards are followed.

A well-maintained Master Sample Room helps in preserving, incorporating required change from time to time, use as reference in order to deliver consistent quality.
As per normal practice test-certificates are accompanied with each and every lot of the sacks during despatch.
