BILTPAK

BILTPAK Sacks and carry bags are manufactured with High Strength Extensible sack kraft papers .The intrinsic high strength is derived from the 100% usages of long virgin cellulosic fibers from Pine and / or Spruce trees in contrast to low strength in Normal sack kraft papers which are often manufactured using recycled short cellulosic fibers.

Also the manufacturing process includes High Consistency refining equipment (HCR) which curls the fibers and effect optimum meshing of the fibrils toprovide for high tensile strengths.

Further ESKP is manufactured through unique process called 'CLUPAK' which provides micro creping to the paper-web to enhance the extrinsic property of higher stretch capacity in addition to intrinsic higher stretch contributed by the long virgin fibers. Ultimately the combination of high tensile strength and high stretch values in ESKPs result in higher tensile energy absorption (TEA) capability with ESKP and bags manufactured with ESKPs are capable of withstanding the extreme rigors of handling.
